As part of our commitment to keeping our clients online presence seamless and secure, we are announcing the upcoming transition for websites hosted by Ape Forge.

The underlying platform we currently use to build and host websites (Weebly) is in the process of shutting down. The good news is that we are already way ahead of the curve! As part of our website hosting and management services, the Ape Forge team is handling the entire migration to a brand-new upgraded platform. This is at no extra cost our clients. Our main priority is ensuring zero stress and minimal disturbance to our clients day-to-day operations. 

What to Expect

• Same Look, Better Performance: All of the website’s content, general layout, blogs, forms, and appearance will remain the same, though we’ll incorporate any possible improvements when we can.
• An Even Easier To-Use Platform: It's important to us to offer a platform that provides the same easy-to-use features we are all accustomed to. We have become experts at this new platform, having confidently onboarded it over the past year for new websites and even our own website! This new platform also offers the comfort of the drag-and-drop editor and provides even more bells-n-whistles to make your website more robust.
• Launch Notice: We will reach out to clients directly with plenty of time to review the new site before it gets scheduled to go live. Once approved, we will schedule the switch!
• Timeline & Access: We are managing a major migration for all clients and aim to begin moving sites by the end of July. This means there's plenty of time to connect one-on-one and create a migration plan for client websites.

1. Minor Updates: If you have small text or image changes you’ve been meaning to make, just reply directly to this email and let us know.

4. Alternatively: If you would rather not have us migrate your site, no worries! We are happy to assist you in any way possible. If you'd prefer to take on the website yourself without us, we can transfer the site to your own Weebly account. At that point, all hosting responsibilities end with Ape Forge. No harm, no foul! You can also request to turn off the site entirely if you no longer wish to use it. We will then archive and store the site in case you change your mind.
