Position Overview
We’re looking for passionate, curious, and driven creatives to join our Internship Program. This program gives you a real seat at the creative table, working alongside our team on live client projects while developing your skills in a supportive, fast-moving agency environment. This internship is hybrid (in-person + remote) and open to students or early-career creatives located in the Missoula, MT area.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with our creative team on real-world projects for local and national brands.
- Gain hands-on experience in areas such as branding, graphic design, web design, app design, photography, videography, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Work directly under a Creative Director and experience what true Creative Freedom feels like.
- Contribute ideas, concepts, and visuals that make a measurable impact.
- Earn compensation for completed projects — no clock-punching, just rewards for your creative output.

Who We’re Looking For
- Any creative field including graphic design, marketing, creative writing, interactive media, communications, and everything else in between.
- A creative thinker with a strong desire to learn and explore new tools.
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also take initiative.
- A problem-solver who’s not afraid to experiment and push ideas further.
- Based in or near Missoula, Montana and available for a hybrid work schedule.
Compensation
This is a paid internship. Compensation is based on the projects you are assigned to and complete. The average project will yield anywhere between $21 to $35 per hour.
