At Ape Forge, we believe creativity should be bold, adventurous, and accessible to everyone. That’s why our internship program is designed to be more than just “experience”, it’s a chance to jump into real projects, gain hands-on skills, and be part of a creative agency that thrives on design, technology, and storytelling.

What makes our internship unique?

• Inclusive & Welcoming: We encourage students from all backgrounds and skill levels to apply. If you’re curious, creative, and ready to learn, you belong here.
• Real-World Experience: Instead of fetching coffee, you’ll be working on live projects that make a real impact. Each project you complete comes with compensation. No hourly clock, just rewards for your contributions. You will learn how to work under a creative director, and also experience what true Creative Freedom means.
• Variety of Creative Work: Gain extensive experience in various creative fields including branding and graphic design, websites, app design, photography, videography, social media management, marketing campaigns, and everything that connects them all together. You’ll have the opportunity to work with local businesses and clients across the country, providing you with a diverse range of creative challenges. • Creative Adventure: We don’t just “work.” We explore. Every project is a unique set of tasks that will challenge you to cook up new ideas, face and use new tools, and learn new ways to connect businesses with people. All fun stuff!

We’re having formal interviews for the internship position. We have limited spots, so bring your A-game! We’re looking for creative folks who are excited to dive into projects and are open to learning new processes. Only candidates in the Missoula Montana area will be considered for this hybrid opportunity.
