Full Setup & Teardown

Perfect for straightforward presentations, background music, and hosts who prefer a hands-off technical approach.

We provide the  equipment you need, perfectly calibrated for the acoustics of the Governors Room. Before your guests arrive, our team will power on, check batteries, and train you on the sound system, microphones, and projection. We will walk you through a simple, quick tutorial on how to use the equipment, and then step out of your way. Once your event concludes, we return to handle the teardown.
